Kukulkán Nights

At sunset, Kukulkán returns to these lands and the night in Chichén Itza is filled up with light to take you on a journey through the history, legend, tradition and the heritage of this ancient culture. Dare to enter the powerful and intimidating city of Chichén Itzá at night, where you will walk around its ancient Mayan temples.

The night tour at the archaeological site of Chichén Itzá begins at the main entrance of the site. You will be able to visit some of the main buildings in the surroundings of the Pyramid of Kukulkán (The Castle). Then appreciate the light and sound show (mapping) and incredible experience narrated by the archaeologist that restore this  site years ago and witness the digital recreation of the enlightened feathered serpent (Quetzalcóatl- Kukulkán ) that appears every march 21st during the spring equinox in this city of warriors.

Before the visit, enjoy the Yucatán-Mayan delicious cousine in a local restaurant where you can try the famous lime soup or the exquisite salbutes, in order to admire the impressive show Noches de Kukulkán.
